Explanations

-80/100 and 150/100 aluminum anchorages provide 10 cm spacing from the wall. While applying this anchorage, the spacing of the compact laminate coating from the existing wall is approx. 13 cm. In cases where this spacing is required to be less or more, different types of anchorage should be used.

–The distance between vertical profiles is max. 45 cm if the 6 mm panel is used, 60 cm if the 8 mm panel is used, and 75 cm if 10 mm panel is used.

Riveted Visible
Mounting System

150/100 and 80/100 aluminum L anchors will be connected at appropriate intervals by using dowels suitable to the existing wall (steel dowel with M10x92 clip-on reinforced concrete wall, 10×100 mm special plastic dowel set to autoclaved aerated concrete/brick / bims walls). If the current system is a steel infrastructure, the correct screws should be required to install the aluminum anchorages on the steel infrastructure. For situations where screws can not be found, steel anchorages and welded mounting mechanism should be used instead of anchoring for aluminum. (After this stage, heat insulation and moisture barrier application will be executed on the wall.)

Vertical aluminum carcass infrastructure will be established by connecting vertical 50 × 50 mm and 70 × 50 mm aluminum T profiles on assembled anchorages 40 × 40, brackets and box profiles at the corners. With special rivets painted in the same color as the panel, compact laminate panels of at least 6 mm thickness, measured according to the project, would be mounted on an aluminum substructure. Panel joints will be left blank if a 6 mm thick panel is used. Starting from 8 mm panel thickness, joint strip panel jointing will be established. Corner joints will be manufactured with the rebated system.

Using MS Polymer-based panel adhesion system, compact laminate panels with a thickness of at least 6 mm will be installed on an aluminum substructure according to the project. A jointing system with a joint strip will be used in panel joints. Corner joints will be manufactured with the rebated system.
